I use dog bone pillows in my practice. My only complaint is that after the first washing, some of the dark fabrics fade and appear old.

I recently purchased DogBones NeckBones Chiropractic Neck Pillow. This is the second one I have purchased over the past five years. I carry this wherever I travel to. I was able to buy my first one in a drugstore but I notice they no longer carry them. When I was visiting my sister in Pennsylvania and she had liked mine so much I went out to buy her one and went to several drugstores, Walmart, Kmart, Target etc and the did not carry them. I was so glad to find one on Amazon as this product really helps my neck especially when I watch television in bed. My only dissapointment was the shipping cost was quite high. I would recommend this product to anyone.
Uncomfortable for me August 23, 2010

The pillow itself is reasonably well made, firmly stuffed with polyester material, but for me it is too uncomfortable to use for longer than about 5 minutes. I get horrible neck aches from time to time, and was hoping this pillow would help. It did not. Even when my neck is feeling fine, after using this pillow for a while, my neck muscles start to ache, and it's a relief to go back to regular pillows. The center part of the pillow is about 4 inches in diameter and it feels, to me, that it is pushing my head too far forward. Enough people seem to like it, so I guess it's a matter of me and the pillow not being good together than any fault of the pillow per se.

I think this pillow is too overstuffed and too hard to really be comfortable. Unfortunately I bought two of them. C'est la vie!
